Golden West is hiring a part-time Network Operations Center Service Assurance Agent in Wall, SD.
We’re looking for a reliable person with basic technology skills who finds purpose
in helping keep people connected. No expert skills required; training provided.
Service Assurance Agents provide entry level customer and network surveillance, triage, and repair support in our Network Operations Center (NOC). Agents are the frontline, first-level technical support within the Service Assurance team. They are responsible for insuring customer and network service reliability and quality as they monitor the company’s network for alarms and disruptions in service.
Varied shifts are available, which will include some holidays. Wage is $20 - $25 hour depending on experience.
